Kakadu was amazing, even if it was scary sometimes. Everything in Australia is so much bigger than me - even the musical instruments!

We had a traditional Aussie barbq for lunch today. There were wallabies all around the site.

Kakadu: Day Twenty (8 November)


We were the only British people on the tour but we made some good friends from other countries. There were three couples from Denmark, one Belgium couple (who did manage to stay in lodges rather than tents), three Dutch friends and six French people who had their own translator.

Kakadu: Day Nineteen (7 November)


The flowers in Kakadu National Park are very pretty and I liked the birds but I didn't like the crocodiles either.
